Dear All,
We are able to connect the BO server from the client tools locally - where the server is installed,
But when we tried to connect the BO server from the desktop, we are unable to connect the BO server and getting the below error.
could not reach cms. Specify the correct host and port and check for the network issues. (FWM 20030)
communication error occured when trying to connect to server (FWM 01009)
But we are able to login into CMC and BI Launchpad from the desktop.
We have already opened the port 6400, 8080, 6410, but still we are facing the issue.
Kindly help us on this issue.
