Hi everybody,
I have created a relational connection to a MYSQL 5 database through MYSQL ODBC driver. Connection test is succesfull. There are more than 1 databases in the MYSQL server. However, I realized that if don't choose any database as the default one while creating DSN, I cant see any DB catalog in IDT. If I choose one, I can see the tables only for the regarding database.

Moreover i can still write SQL commands on derived tables in data foundation and get the result regardless of the databases and its tables. But I cant directly use the DB tables as you suppose. I have connected to many MSSQL DB servers before and never experienced such a case. To me, it looks like a bug but maybe it is possible to get this over maybe with a parametric update. BO version is 4.0 SP6 Patch 3.
Has anybody faced such an issue and found any solution?
