Schedule a report : while trying to invoke the method com.crystaldecisions.sdk.properties.IProperty.getValue() of an object returned from com.crystaldecisions.sdk.properties.IProperties.getProperty(java.lang.Object)

Hi we have upgraded from BO 3.1 to BO 4.0

When we try to schedule  a report i get following error

while trying to invoke the method com.crystaldecisions.sdk.properties.IProperty.getValue() of an object returned from com.crystaldecisions.sdk.properties.IProperties.getProperty(java.lang.Object)

If i try to schedule myself and click on formats : i get this error

while trying to invoke the method com.crystaldecisions.celib.properties.Property.getString() of an object returned from com.crystaldecisions.celib.properties.PropertyBag.getItem(java.lang.Object)

Please help
