As per user requirement I need to show the data in webi report mentioned below

Please advice and do the needful to achieve the above requirement. Please approve the mentioned content its very important.

Cache server vs Processing server
Hello,
We are on dashboard 4.0 . Recently when are are checking for the improvement of performance of our dashboards, we came to know that even though the queries are executed for multiple times, 'Dashboards cache server' is not processing the cached queries (though the data is getting cached) instead 'Dashboards processing server' itself is processing the bex queries in all the subsequent times which is in turn hindering the performance.
Cache hit ratio under Dashboards cache server metrics remains 0% all the time.
Please tell me how can I invoke the cache server to process the queries instead of processing server in the subsequent times? Am I missing any settings?
Also, please tell me how long would the data in the cache memory reside? Is it the "Idle connection timeout" or "Security cache timeout" which needs to be modified?

Failed instances for a particular month
Hi Experts,
Can you help me with the query to list the no of failed instances through query builder for the month of March only?
I'm also trying to get the data from instance manager as I'm interested to analyse the error with which the reports failed, but it is only listing it for a specific user even though its not selected in any of the criteria. Not so sure why

Live Office - audit information

I am trying to evaluate how many reports are created using Live Office, by users
In the ADS database I only found events regarding the refresh of Live Office reports, nothing regarding their creation
Where can I found such information?

Error ::Failed to get the document information. (LO 26315)
When dashboard is previewed, which is getting through live office connection and webi reports is displaying the following error.
Cannot access external data.Failed to get the document information. (LO 26315).
BW 7.1
BO Server Version 4.1 SP2
Xcelsius version is SP2.
WEBI SP2
Live Office 4.1 SP2
Please let me know if any one face this issue and how to resolve it.

Error while reading users in CMC BO 4.1 SP05

Does anybody knows the solution? We recently updated from BO 4.0 SP06 to BO 4.1 SP05, Windows Server
I get this error when i try to read users in CMC

Disable Email delivery option in Crystal reports 2013
Hello,
Is there any way in which i can restrict the users from delivering the scheduled crystal reports on the Email address. Any settings available in CMC /Services ?
I want that they should only be able to schedule crystal reports and receive intances in Inbox.

WEBI Variables – how to make custom variables „global“
Hallo Everybody,
according to a WEBI-Project depiction we would need a huge quantity of WEBI-Variables to
meet the projects requirements. Our wish is to save them as “global variables”
so we can use one global definition of a specific variable in many Reports. Since
it is very probable that the formula inside a variable gets changed over time there
should be only a single point to adjust the formula.
As opposite: in the presently known situation (variables saved in the Report) we
would have to adjust the formula in many WEBI Reports. This is not applicable
in reality.
Additionally there is a wish that a subset of WEBI-Report developers should be able to
create/adjust the variables. And all the tasks should be preferably done in
WEBI because the users don’t want to deal with more than one tool.
There are forum posts from 2007, 2009 and 2013 stating that “the only way to create some kind
of global variable is to create universe objects“. (Nota bene: our Datasource is SAP BW/ BICS)
It seems like the requirement to make WEBI variables global is a pretty aged matter.
We have 2015 now. Does anyone know if the current version of WEBI has a solution for
this requirement? Or is anyone out there who solved the problem in some other creative way?
For example: if you survey the formula inside the variable it is nothing but a
“string of characters”. Would it be possible to “persist” those definitions as
“custom function” and make it available via the formula Editor of WEBI?
Any information, suggestions and ideas are most welcome.

Oracle client 32/64 bit on Crystal Server 2013 and Windows Server 2012
I'm getting the error "Unknown Database Connector Error" when I run report on the server and it works OK on crystal designer 2013.
Been reading this thread 32&64 bit Oracle Client but not much help there.
Here are the details
System
- Windows Server 2012
- Crystal Server 2013 SP5
Crystal Server has been installed and appears to work fine. I was able to develop a brand new report locally and saved it to the server and it displays ok. Of course when I click on refresh on the report, it will error out due to database connection it looks like.
We have installed both oracle client drivers 64 and 32. 64 was installed first and then 32.The path has been modified so that the 32 shows up first.
I even ensure oracle_home and oracle_home32 are specified and restarted the server. I still get the same error.
The tns entries are also located in both installs of oracle client...
What might be the issue?

SAP BO User Account Deactivate
Hi Experts,
Some one deactivate one of our user account on BO Server. We are on BO 4.1 SP4.
Is there a way to trace that activity, by querying CI_SYSTEMOBJECT table we can list active users.

32&64 bit Oracle Client
I have installed Crystal Server 2013 onto Windows Server 2012. I originally installed 32 bit Oracle client for Crystal report connectivity. This was working fine until I wanted to use Crystal 4 Enterprise which needs 64 bit drivers. After installing 64 bit client the 32 bit was rendered useless. I have tried many combinations and complete clean re-installs, but whichever one is installed last kills the other one.
One of the biggest issues is that I am unable to open the Oracle Net Manager for the client installed first.
Is there a proven way to set this up?
FYI... This is only for the connectivity of the clients and reporting tools. No audit or CMS DB is being used with Oracle.

Reports based on particular file based event

Now I want to list all the reports which are utilizing the file based event (test.txt)

Delay in generating reports
Hello Experts,
We are facing delay while generating reports in our BO BI 4.0 Production system.
We have 2 web application server (tomcat)
Tomcat1 is running on the server where BO is installed.
and Tomcat2 is dedicated tomcat server which is standalone. That means this tomcat2 make connection to the BO server to process the request.
While running report using tomcat1, report runs pretty fine and fast.
But when we use tomcat2 reports run very slow and take around 50 seconds. The report mainly takes time when we double click on the report.
Can someone suggest the problem solution?

No JVM found, please set this variable BOEJVM manually
Hi All,
I am trying to run the ACTool for SAP BO 4.1 as a pre requisite for Solution Manager integration.
We are following the steps as per the guide "ACTool user guide"
when we are running the script run_actool.sh for AIX platform , we are getting the error No JVM found, please set this variable BOEJVM manually!. We are running the script using the root user.
I have already set the environment variable as export BOEJVMBIN=/BOBJ-BI/sap_bobj/enterprise_xi40/aix_rs6000_64/sapjvm/bin
I have also modified the boe.properties file in the ACTool conf folder as jvmmond.install.path =/BOBJ-BI/sap_bobj/enterprise_xi40/aix_rs6000_64/sapjvm/bin/
Requesting the experts to help me out to fix this issue at the earliest.

BO Reports Archival System
Hi Experts,
Are we have any specific business objects reports archival system/product in SAP?
One of our client requirement is to keep the backup of daily,weekly,monthly business objects reports for future reference,
we are planning to generate the reports through schedule option in BO, user expected/want to enter the date and retrieve the specif old dated reports in the future, for this requirement, SAP having any Archival reports access system or product or we need to go any third-party system to view the reports,
if you have any knowledge/idea then kindly share the same.

Enabling Bex Query Cache for Dashboard Processing Server in BO 4.1
Hi Guys,
In my BO 4.1 sp5 system , I could see the option of enabling the bex query cache for dashboard processing server in dev system.
But the same option of enabling is not available in Production.
Its a 3 system landscape , The version, SP and patch level are same in all 3 systems.
User wants to know the reason and to enable it in Production.
It would be great if someone can let me why that option is not available in Production.

BI 4.1 monitoring service disabled
Hello,
An error occurs when I want to go to monitoring part of the CMC : "monitoring service is disabled. Only tests are available".
I stop and restart monitoring service without success.
We have a BI 4.1 SP04.
Do you have an idea to solve this issue ?

Transport Error on BusObj desktops apps
Hello world!
I have a problem with all desktops applications on windows.
I tried to logon to BO server throgh ImportWizzard, Univerce Designer and i got the same errors:
I tried to logon on Administrators account, by IP address, By IP address with port.
I tried to change the port in CMC, and logon from another PC.
Thats interested, that on the same PC I can connect to another BO server.
Environment
Server AIX 6.1, BO XI3.1 SP5 (yes, I have the same BO version on server and client's tools)
BO tools Win7
