currentTime() in Webi displays wrong time (timezone)

Hello everyone, I'm facing a serious problem.

I want Webi to display the currenttime for the time zone of the server.  I use BO 4.1 SP 2 Patch 1 on Linux (same on Windows)

What I did:
Started tomcat with timezonesetting (this is displayed in BO correctly).
Set Usertimezone to use web server time zone.

But the Webireport, which only contains one cell including currenttime() shows me a wrong time.

I've also tried changing my and server OS timezone, which didn't have any effect at all. If I manually set my user to the timezone (launchpad -> Settings -> Timezone), everything works fine, but thats not the solution I'm going to achiev.

Any suggestions?
What could influence this process?
