How to have dynamic report header based on the section on a particular object in Webi report BO 4.0

I have a requirement where I had to have the dynamic report header based on the section. So each page contain different section value. Based on the section, it should show in the report header. For eg: Section value is 15 in the report section block  and the same should be shown in the report title along with some info in the title. Suggest me how can I do that. I tried drill filters but it doesn't seems to be working  (not showing anything) ?
