I am planning to upgrade our Crystal Reports Server 2008 SP1 to SP5 (or SP6 if that is now the current version).
(Windows Server 2003 32-bit)
I have tested running the upgrade (CRSRV05_0-10008663.EXE - recommended from another message) on our test server, but it is telling me that our installed version is too low (our product version says 12.1.0.882)
I have downloaded multiple copies of multi-gigabyte installers from the SAP support website, which turned out to be either full installers, or that tell me my installed version is too low. I have found conflicting answers about how to upgrade to the latest service pack and have started to become frustrated.
Is there an incremental upgrade that will take me from SP1 to SP5 (or SP6)?
Or what is the recommended upgrade path to get to the latest service pack?
I wouldn't think I should need to do a full install just to upgrade to a service pack.
