problem at installation FixPack 3.3 on BOE XI 3.1 SP3

Hi Colleagues.

When I try to install FixPack 3.3 on BOE XI 3.1 SP3, I have a problem-progress of installation is stoped on 17% in phase "Running Post Install Actions".

You can see the last strings in setup's log file (BusinessObjects_FP_3_3.12.3.log):

I think installation process could't to stop SIA and therefore could't go to next phase of installation.

OS is HP-UX v.11. Also I have a installed BOE XI 3.1 SP3. User for BOE in UNIX is "boeadm".

I started installation by root. Maybe the problem in this?

Maybe I should was to start installation by user "boeadm"?
