Save as excel 2003 not working as expected after BOXI 3.1 SP6 FP2 upgrade

Hi Team,

We upgraded our environment from BOXI 3.1 SP3 to BOXI 3.1 S6 FP2. We have one report which contains Chart. When we are trying to save this report as an excel 2003 the Horizontal chart is getting flipped. We have attached the screenshot for SP3 chart and SP6 FP2 chart.

Now the report when we are saving as Excel 20007 it is working as expected(similar to SP3).

Now the problem is when we schedule the reprot as an excel by default it is getting schedule as Excel 2003.

Can you someone please help us in changing the setting so that while scheduling the report as an excel by default it should save as Excel 2007.
