Using bo4 sp6.
User reporting below - seems to belivee this is timeout issue as leaves report for couple of minutes.
Is this correct?

Idle connection timeout set to 120 minutes and timeout before docyument recycling set to 10000
Tomcat session been set at 120 minutes
Only othere parameter which can see which may be relevance is idle document timeout of 300 seconds but saying after 2 minutes?
Thoughts?
