BI Workspace

I am using BI 4.0 SP5, trying to create a BI Workspace with external links added to it. So that when user login, he/she can click on the link to access external documents (lets say help.sap.com).

I tried with Viewer, Web Page Module and Navigation list but didnt workout. With Web Page Module I was able to add only one link, but that opens up in the same page (in Home tab), not opening as a seperate tab or window.

Is it possible to do it with workspace?.
