BO4 -Sometimes some users report bo reports running but no session logged on database

Hi,

Using bo4 and sometimes users are reporting bo report shows as refreshing - only takes a minute or so these reports but no session appearing on database.

Is there a way to identify the reports and tell whioch report is using which partiuclar version of the webireportserver.exe on the database.

Any other tips/thoughts to see

No message on these being shown to users - so max sesssions not being execceded on this occassion.

We have auditing enabled.
