After a research about why my Design Studio client is not able to logon, I found a entry in my Tomcat Design Studio tier installation log comparing with my PRD system, where is working properly.
My environment have tomcat and SIA in different machines, and, in the installation log of PRD I can see the following entry:
11:50:18.770 | Property: platform.services.smartservers.sia.props-4.0-core$cadnode = S6006AS1285 < - It's my Tomcat Server, OK
11:50:18.770 | Property: platform.services.smartservers.sia.props-4.0-core$mastercmsname = s6006as1287 < - It's my SIA Server, OK
11:50:18.770 | Property: platform.services.smartservers.sia.props-4.0-core$mastercmsport = 6400
In my QA system, this is the entry in installation file:
15:54:55.327 | Property: platform.services.smartservers.sia.props-4.0-core$cadnode = S6006AS1294 < - It's my Tomcat Server, OK
15:54:55.327 | Property: platform.services.smartservers.sia.props-4.0-core$mastercmsname = S6006AS1294 < - Should be my SIA Server S6006AS1295, ISSUE
15:54:55.327 | Property: platform.services.smartservers.sia.props-4.0-core$mastercmsport = 6400
We did the installation properly, informing the correct name of CMS and so on.
Do you know what can be the cause of this?
