BO 4.1 IDT - Cannot connect to Sybase ASE 16- com.sybase.jdbc4.jdbc.SybDriver

Guys,

       I  downloaded the Sybase Jdbc jar files from SAP and also  updated the sybase.sbo with the class path as
per

But still get the error when creating a relational  connection;

Test failed

com.sybase.jdbc4.jdbc.SybDriver

Anyone managed to get this to work ?
