Hi all,
I did an install of BOE 4.1 SP5 on Windows server 2012 R2 Standard.
Everything went well during install. While launching for the first time the CCM, I get this message :
D:\app\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\SvcMgr.exe
The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

I can log on the cmc, but only few servers are running, few run with error and the rest stopped ... And I can't log on the BI launch pad .. (no error messages ...)
The errors log messages in logging folder are not understable but there is many of them ...
I did some search and I found that I had to update/install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package ... But it doesn't exists for Windows 2012 R2 ...
Any ideas ?
