BW-BO SSO is not working after upgrade 7.3 to 7.4 BW server

ERROR : com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (103) JCO_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: The system is unable to interpret the SSO ticket received on myboserver.COM sysnr 00

 

Hi,

 

We have recently added new app servers added to existing BW server. After that BO-BW SSO stopped working in any tools(webi/IDT etc..)

But if we use user name and password , we can able to run/test the webi Reports.

BO Version : 4.1 SP2

Cluster : Yes

Metadata : SQL Server

SAP BW 7.4 ( Recently upgraded from 7.3 to 7.4)  , Do we need to generate new certificates(From BO server) after up-gradation of BW? If Yes, do we need to generate from one server .cert and keystore file and can we place same files in all the BO servers? or separately files needs to be generated on each server?

 

I have generated new certificates and shared with Security, once they confirmed that certificate has been uploaded. We have imported KeyTool file into CMC and updated. But still the issue is not resolved.

 

do we need BO restart after applying new certificate.

 

Can some one please share inputs that, if I am missing anything to correct BW-BO SSO issue.
