Info View cannot connect to the server message

Hi Team,

Need your inputs on the below error message.

"Infoview cannot connect to the server.Close the report panel and try

to connect again or see your administrator.

Observation:

This is an intermittent issue which comes for few users when reports

are edited in advanced Java mode.

and we are 3.1 sp 6 fp 6.1.

Tried with below steps to still facing the same issue.

1. Log out of InfoView
2. From your browser, go to Internet Options > Security
3. Click on custom level Scroll down to the Miscellaneous section
4. Under "Access data sources across domains ", select Enable
5. Restart your browser
6. Test by refreshing report again to see if you will encounter this issue again

Any suggestions would be help full to avoid this error.
