BO4 - cobra error - com.businessobjects.corba.generic error

Hi,

Using bo4 launchpad and user reported error below when refreshing webi report in bi launchpad.

Other users can refresh this report fine and user concerned can refresh other reports fine.

BO4 SP6.

Any ideas?
