Dear Forum members,
Our business users are not able to view the crystal 10 reports in WIN7/IE9 system. When they click on view, it shows 'The Crystal Report Viewer
is unable to create it's resources' without any activeX popup that was available in IE8 browser.
Our reports are launched in Crystal enterprise 10.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Crystal reports launched using Crystal enterprise server 10 version.
2. Through IE9 browser in WIN7 PC if you try to view the report, it throws ''The Crystal Report Viewer is unable to create it's resources' without any activeX popup
Current Status with SAP support: As per SAP support, Crystal Ent 10 has comprehensively passed its published End Of Life date.
