Delegate Administration (Authentication and License Keys)

Hi all,

I want to restirct the CMC tab access, to the tabs authentication and license keys. I set the tab access of the CMC to restirected and assigened

the rights by following the description Delegated administration in SAP BI 4.0 SP4

Nevertheless the user gets an empty CMC tab.

Any idee what's missing?
