We have crystal reports that were giving error in PROD
The viewer could not process an event. Unable to load report. []

Reports were brought down to Dev environment, edited, and were working in Development.
These were then promoted to QA(working)
then promoted to PROD successfully, but still not working in Prodution.
The only way to get them to work, is to delete them from PROD, and then promote. This is not an option due to historical instances tied to them.
Any ideas?
I have verified that CUIDs are identical in all sources/destinations. I have verified that promotion occurs, as the dates are modified, and database configurations reflect the changes.
I have a feeling LCM is not reporting issues with promotions when tryin to overwrite reports in PROD, and incorrectly stating promotion as successful.
