FTP: file size zero bytes

Hello All,

I am trying to deliver a BO report to a FTP destination and I am facing some kind of rights/ports issue.

The scheduled job remains in running status and it creates a file with a size of 0 bytes (with the correct file name and all). I tried both Excel and PDF formats with the same result. Oh, all the FTP login credential were given at the time of scheduling.

I tried to manually FTP a file from the BO server to the destination and it works fine.

I feel like I am missing something. Any thoughts?

PS: Its a XI 3.1 server on Linux.
