Reporting on What content was accessed in report and at what time

Hi All,

I have a requirement in SAP BI to report " who ?  When ? and what content was accessed in report ?" basically what content means what input values the user gave in report selection screen. Who and when can be covered by Bi content activation of 0TCT_DS02.  How can i display Content that was accessed? Pls provide help asap.
