Hi Experts!
We have 75 concurrent user licences, but last week our end users could not log into BI Launchpad and got the message that all licences were being used. In CMC, we checked sessions manager and we only had 16 people logged in!! When we checked the licence section of the CMC we got this error
. Any ideas?
