I installed BI platform and client tools 4.1 SP01 on a Windows Server 2008 R2
I created a few OLAP Universes using the UDT and also a couple of Webi Reports. This was all working fine until I installed Crystal reports for enterprise 4.1 SP01 on this server.
After this installation the Universe Design Tool stopped working and closes abruptly as soon as I connect to my database
Installed server: Windows Server 2008 R2
BI: 4.1 SP01
Crystal reports for enterprise: 4.1 SP01
Universe Design Too: 4.1, Version: 14.1.1.1036
Any help or advise is grately appricated.
please let me know if you need any log files and let me know the lcoation where i can find them
