We have changed the SSO setup in our BO uat environment. It was using different BW system earlier and SAP SSO was working fine. After change the BW connection and SSO setup to new BW connection, users are not able to access Enterprise portal . As it is giving Opendocument login screen to enter SAP id , client and password. They have cleared the cache and temp intenet files, restarted the BO services after SSO setup and still the same issue.
Where as users are able to login BI launchpad using their SAP id with new BW connection.
I have checked the opendocument.properties file in Tomcat folder is already having the line "authentication.default=secSAPR3.
Can anyone tell me why this behavior and how to resolve this.
