Hello Experts,
We have scheduled LCM biar file to take backup everyday and save file in specified location on BOBJ server.
When schedule run it fails and shows error as,
"Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed., Promotion Status=Failure : Delivery results to destination (CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged) failed."

We are not able to understand the reason behind the failing. We are facing above issue in Quality system.
We have done similar scheduling in development environment which were running fine, but yesterday one of the schedule also failed with the same error.
Environment:
SAP BusinessObjects 4.1 SP2,
File destination is : File system (on BOBJ server).
Please help me on this.
