we want to add new languages to our BI system. I remember that in older versions this was not a problem (download and install language packs). Now in BI 4.0 it seems that's not possible. The SAP advise 1584614 says that it isn't possible - you have to remove and reinstall the BI platform. This was in April 2011.
Does anybody know if there is today a better solution? To reinstall all applications could not be a solution, if it is so then BI platform is really designed bad.
