Publication issue

Hello,
We are facing a publication issue in 3.6. Please let me know if any one had solution.

ISSUE:
User A has access to only Standard data, and User B has access to confidential information.
User A publishes report to User B .
Report runs with User B’s security entitlement.
Once report runs, user B gets email with link to report.
If user B sends the url to User A in email, and User A access it, he can see User B’s report. Here A logging in with A's conditionals.
 
My requirement is not to show publication instance once A open B's link or we need to show data for A’s security entitlement
 
Let me know if similar situation applies to you and if you have any info which can help resolve it.
