I have created a dynamic recipients publication for a WebI report. I want it to be refreshed when the publication runs so that way it will feed the Source Document (another WebI report) the names to run the report for and to distribute all the reports for them. Both WebI reports are using BEx queries as their sources.
Unfortunately when I run the publication the dynamic recipients report does not refresh.
If I run the WebI report (used for the dynamic recipient) myself and save it the publication works fine. Then I take the report and purge the information and resave it. It will not run. Is there a setting that I am missing that I should have turned on for this to work properly?
I’m not sure if any of this information will be helpful, but I want to give you as much information off the bat so I can solve this problem faster…
The WebI report has the following options selected: Refresh on open, enable query stripping, and merge prompts (BEx variables).
The Publication properties have the Dynamic Recipients “Use entire list” checked.
The publication says it is a success, but the reports have not been created. The publication admin log says the following:
