Hello,
We are on BI 4.1 and exchange server has been configured and WebI reports are working fine. We are all receiving mails.
Now we are trying Crystal Report. Do I have to do anything extra to make sure that publishing works for Crystal as well. My question is for both Crystal 2011 and Crystal for Enterprice. I also want to state that the connection for Crystal Reports is to non-sap system database. I know that I have to do something if I have to connect to BW system (like configure the BW Publishing service etc. in CCM).
Can someone please advice?
