We have BO4.1 SP1 patch1 in all our landscapes. When I want to enable the option 'Enable BEx query cache' in Dashboard Processing server for production environment. I dont see that option in the properties of DPS. However the same option was there in QA and was checked. Why this different behaviour and how to get that option in Production DPS.
In QA, BO 4.0 SP4 is still appearing under control panel. But later we installed the BO 4.1 SP1 and BO 4.1 SP1 patch1. In production we have only BO 4.1 SP1 and BO 4.1 SP1 patch1 available in the box. Is it because of this the option ' Enable BEx query cache' is not appearing or any changes required specifically to get this.
Please advise.
