Hi,
Users are facing Xcelsius dashboards issues while using thru Iview portal and SAP SSO.
1. Request processing failed;XLS00009. Universe generation failed for resource id '*************'.
2. Request processing failed:ErrorTryAgain The number of simultaneous report jobs was limited to 40 by the system administrator. Please try to connect later. [RCIRAS0524]
When I investigated for the error 'The universe generation using the Resource ID" I found this error could be privileges to the connection/universe or there might be "No SAP alias assigned to the Enterprise user." - Currently users resolved by providing the privileges or adding the SAP roles to the user.
for the other issue, I found that we have to restart Dashboard processing server, if didn't works increase the Max concurrent jobs to max value. - I saw the value set to '0' as default in DPS and if I change to 50 or 100, I will get the error after that many number of reports jobs reached or how?
Now after SAP roles added to the users, they are facing performance issue like role is taking around 30mts to sync with BO. Why this behavior and what is the workaround here.
Also I have applied the traces for Dashboard processing server, I could see one msg recently, I am not sure that is causing the issue. the error msg in trace is

Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.businessobjects.ras21.servercore.requestsubsystem.corba.ProcChildWorkerServant.stop() of an object loaded from local variable 'workerServant'
Why this error appearing and how to resolve this.
Can anyone help me on these issues ( Roles performance , Simultaneous jobs and RCIRASJ1320)
