BI 4.0 SERVER RESTORE

Hi All,

I lost my reports with folder before two days, i don't have any BIAR file to do the restore..

Can any one suggest me , what i can do at this point of time.

If i do System Restore (IN server) will it help me ....... 

PlZ give your inputs on this and suggest me some Document to do BI 4.0 Server restore
