We just installed BO 4.1 SP2.
In CMC, we are not able to open properties of Servers by double-clicking on the server names.
Same with Authentication - not able to double click enterprise or win ad to get its properties.
Also other options like Actions, Manager Properties are disabled for the Administrator account.
In CCM, found Adaptive Job Server was always in Initialize and disabled status.
Two Dashboard servers in 'running with error' status.

Background, we uninstalled and reinstalled bo4.1 as the first install didn't deploy the war files correctly so we kept getting COM.* error on logging into CMC.
