Trying to export to lcmbiar via command line as Administartor - getting message below.
assume Administartor pwd is just the administartor pwd for the enterprise and one we do when doing interactive promotion management.
Command line running
lcm_cli.bat -lcmproperty c:\por1_lcm1.properties
