BO 4.0.6 lcm_cli.sh (on linux) Import Issue

I'm trying to import an lcmbiar file I created on the same server (via lcm_cli.sh) and receive the following error:

Here is my properties file:

importLocation=/srv/repapp/Import

action=promote

LCM_CMS=localhost:6400

LCM_userName=Administrator

LCM_password=******

LCM_authentication=secEnterprise

Destination_CMS=localhost:6400

Destination_userName=Administrator

Destination_password=******

Destination_authentication=secEnterprise

And the call:

sh ./lcm_cli.sh -lcmproperty /etc/BIARImport.properties

The selected file is not supported.

UnsupportedLCMBIAR

EXIT_WITH_ERROR

Is there some setting I'm missing?

The user/owner of the file is accessible:
