Crystal Server 2011 SP7

HI there.  We have Crystal Server 2011 SP7.. When the server runs a report and sends it out as XLSX we get unreadable errors.  I cannot even open the reports from the server at all.  On our other environment we have SP2 and no issues.  Is there a workaround?  a fix for this?
