Is IIS 7.0 compatible with SAP BO 3.0

I am about to install IIS 7 or above on SERVER 2008 R2, in the same server SAP BO 3.0 is also installed.

So, I seek your suggestions if there are any compatible issue of installing IIS 7.0 with SAP BO.
