I recently upgraded my DEV BI Platform from BI 4.0 SP04 to BI Platform 4.1. I also upgraded BO Explorer to 4.1, now all components on my system are on 4.1 (no SPs or patches have been applied) Now, when I open the Promotion Management section in CMC it hangs and does not open, eventually forcing me to kill the IE process to close it.
I have ensured that the CUIDs of the folders are correct. They are the same in dev as my non-upgraded systems (QA & PROD)
Looking at my Webapp_CMC_trace.000001.glf I see an entry that says
"com.businessobjects.lcm.utilities.LCMLogger||Login to promotion management failed.(PRS 00001)com.businessobjects.vms.VMSException: com.businessobjects.vms.VMSException: com.businessobjects.vms.VMSException: com.businessobjects.vms.VMSException: java.io.IOException: CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified"
I was wondering if anyone had experience with this and had a solution? I was thinking of trying to upgrade to 4.1 SP02, but wanted to see if other's had this issue before.
