we're having one issue with licenses, our license model is so called SME- CSBLS and NUL, so basically we have Concurrent and named user licenses.
1.When users are using Concurrent user licenses, then for some unknown reason they are not released even if user disconnects from the system (by pressing Log out). Is there a way how to safely release these sessions? I do know that there is a tool called KillSession, but that's way to heavy in this situation, is there a possibility to organize this on Administration level? Timeouts itself are set to log users off after 20 minutes of inactivity
2.is it correct if user who uses Concurrent license is using 2 licenses, the first one is being occupied when user log in to the system (BiLaunchpad) and the second one when user opens/modifies the report in the same BiLaunchpad session? To my understanding user needs to use only 1 license, but in my system I see 2 licenses occupied?
