Relational connection missing

Hello,

We have BI 4.1 (both server and clinent tools are same version). I open the IDT and connection to the Server side using a ACCT1. The ACCT1 is part of Admin group. Then, when I try to create a relational conection, I see only two choices (SAP and SAS). When I follow the same process with Administrator accout I see all the choices liek SQL Server, SAP HANA, Sybase, Progress, Oracle, SAS etc..

Any Idea about it?
