Add Intranet Header and Footer to BI LaunchPad

Hello,

Is there a way to include a standard header and footer on the BI LaunchPad (BI 4 SP4)?  I've read the tuts regarding branding and skinning, but instead of changing colors, logos, etc. I'd like to simply wrap the entire BI LaunchPad within a "standard" corporate header and footer.

Is this possible?  Any help is greatly appreciated!
