BO 4.1 Installed successfully but Tomcat server is not working

Hi,

 

IhaveinstalledBO4.1SP2onthewindows2012server(64bit)butnotabletologinCMC,BIlaunchpad.It'sthrownerrorpagecan'tbedisplayed.


 

Ihaveverifiedthetomcatserverinccmit'sshownstoppedstatus,andIhavetriedtorestartmanytimesbutcouldn't.


 

Ihavetriedtore-deploytomcatserver,butthescreenisnotprogressingatall.
