Issue with Concurrent Licenses

Hi,

We are having 5 CAL. The windows AD has been setup and working. The first 5 users who login has no issues.

But when the 6^th user tries lo login, the BI launch pad tries for SSO and fails .it shows the default BI launchPad login page. It is not throwing any error message.

But,  if the user is Enterprise user, then the error comes up " Account Information not recognized. All of your system's 5 concurrent Access License are in use...." and they will know that they dont have enough licenses  They wait and login after sometime.

We want to get the same message like above when using WINDOWS AD also.
