404 Missing Page - InfoView (CE 10 migration to BOE Xi 3.1)

TEST ENVIRONMENT

Migration of Crystal Enterprise ver 10 (CE10) running on Win2k3 server Enterprise to BOE Xi 3.1 (no patches installed) running on Win2k8 R2 Enterprise server

Win2k8 server specs running on VM: 2.20 GHz (dual processors), 4GB RAM 64 bit OS

Highlights of my endeavor to migrate:

On my first install, for some reason the Repository servers (input/output), CMS, etc was not installed (I only see the SIA and was unable to log in to manage servers); added another SIA and that didn't do the trick so I have two SIAs...   so I performed a repair via the "Program and Features" in the Control Panel (do not do it from the BOE Xi software itself as that doesn't work; for me anyways).  After repair, I was able to see both SIAs running in the Central Config Manager.  Tried removing one SIA by stopping the service and hit the 'X' to delete but it wouldn't allow me to.  So I logged into the "Manage Servers" and see that there are two CMS running, but one was stopped as it appears that it won't allow two to run.

Installed the following prior to BOE Xi 3.1 clean install with Tomcat 5.5 on same server:

* Oracle 10g 32bit to connect to our Oracle DB server where our Crystal reports are based from

* Sql Server 2008 Express 64 bit

* Sql Management Studio 2012 64 bit

* JDK 1_7_0_45 32 bit & 64 bit (Tomcat pointed to 32 bit path)

* MS Dot Net 4.5.1

1st attempt at import:  Everything looked good, but then found out that no objects migrated (no Crystal Reports were in any of the folder paths) as I had turned off the Repository server (input/output) services on CE10 thinking that I had to shut down all but CMS to minimize potential corruption issue

2nd attempt at import: Objects finally migrated, but I see duplicate folder paths (objects imported into second folder path) on BOE Xi 3.1... looks like most Reports have migrated, however, some of the sub-folders did not have any Reports)

- set up Tnsnames.ora, with TNS_ADMIN in the systems environment pointed to location of tnsnames.ora

Logged into Central Management Console: adjusted EVERYONE access level as I wasn't able to see the public folder when I logged into Infoview as one of the test users

Went into the Top-Level Security in CMC and changed the Everyone group like so below:

I was then able to view the public folder when logged in as an average user in INFOVIEW.  From there, I can see all Crystal reports that the security group that my test account was set up to see.  I then tried to view HISTORY and I see the 404 Missing Page error (see below).

I then logged into CMC as an administrator.  I navigated to any reports and I can view, schedule, run ad hoc most reports in the Central Management Console (I'll get to the one issue with one report later), however, when I tried to log into Infoview with Administrator account to view history or schedule reports, I get the 404 Missing Page.

*as a side note, there is one report that I couldn't run in the CMC.  It keeps giving me " Crystal Reports :Print Engine Error " any ideas?

So, now I'm stuck.. I think it's related to my having to repair the SIA and thus have two SIAs, as originally I had set up the CMC connection port to be 8086 (instead of default 8080), and when I start Infoview or CMC, I get port 8086 so I simply changed it to 8080 in the URL to login, but I don't know where the URL path that HISTORY is referencing.  Can somebody assist?
