Publication not using latest instance of recipient list.

Hi,

We have a publication which uses a dynamic recipient list
created using crystal reports. We would like to schedule the recipient list to
run every day. The publication should then run and pick up the latest instance
of the recipient report.

What actually happens is the publication runs and picks up
the last saved version of the recipient list not the last instance that was
run. Does anyone know if this is the expected behaviour and if it is is there
any way to achieve what we want?
