LCM Login Fails

Hi

I have BI 4.0 sp2 with Fix Pack 15.

We have LCM login issues with the following error;

LoginFailedjava.lang.IllegalStateException: There is no LCM app object present in CMS at com.businessobjects.lcm.core.CMSLocal.getLCMAppObject(CMSLocal.java:2588) at com.businessobjects.lcm.actionHelper.AuthenticationHelper.logonLCM . . . . .

First thought was to check permissions on the LCM application in the CMC - however here's the nub; Its missing from CMC / Applications.

Has anyone seen this before?
