Monitoring CPU Usage in BO 4.0

Hello, first of all, I like to said I don't like the tools

But I have to deal with it.

So, my question is about WebIntelligenceProcessingserver CPU Usage.  I like to get alerted when these services (we have a total of 8 Webi) consume too many cpu on my server.

The problem I have is this.  When I verify the metrics, under "CPU Usage _%_" it show 0 or 1. 

Would it be too simple to provide me a number between 0 to 100% !!!!!!
