Infoview branding not working on split deployment

Sap Business Objects V4.1 SP2 infoview branding changes are not working after split deployment.

I've tested it on the Tomcat work directory before doing split deployment. I see the custom.css & images files on the Tomcat and Apache folders but do not see the changes from the browser. I tried ie, chrome and firefox browsers.
